but, honestly, that makes your
life easy. When in doubt, a fitted
short-sleeve button down and
flat-fronted short are a perfect
combination.

I recommend a stretch hybrid
short. They’re comforable (even
when wet and sandy!) and dry

quickly. Most surf brands (Billa-
bong, O’Neill, Quicksilver, Vol-
com) have a hybrid option. Surf
brands have beach-y button-
downs too and don’t be afraid of
color!
