A First Birthday Celebration at Koolina Four Seasons
A first birthday luau is a big deal. It’s even bigger if your kids (almost) share a birthday. It’s hard to explain to a 3 year old why his one-year-old brother’s party was so much more extravagant than his own. And so Celeste decided on a dual celebration for her sons on the tropical, Lurline lawn at the Koolina Four Seasons resort.
A beautiful afternoon in Koolina
Family gathered on a sunny summer day from across island and country to celebrate the happy occasion. Every detail was carefully planned and after signing the guest book, guests were treated to live music by the talented Anuhea, delicious cocktails and treats, a Hawaiian themed lunch, and many activities. There were oversized lawn games, and tents to play in along with painting and craft stations. For the adults there were even lounging stations to chat in comfort while watching the palm trees dance on the Lurline lawn at Koolina Four Seasons.
Kids and adults both enjoyed the beautiful setting, tasty food, and fun activities. The day ended with Anuhea singing to the birthday boys and everyone splurging on cake. It was a memorable day.
After a great party, head down to Secret Beach at the back of the Four Seasons property to take in a beautiful sunset. If you have an early celebration, Paradise Cove is a great place to spend a morning.
