Mini sessions are designed to be easy and low fuss so you can relax. Come dressed and we will take care of the rest! You’ll be finished and  back on the road in as little as 15 minutes!

Mini sessions are short on time, but big on smiles. Just like regular
sessions, the focus is on connection and personality over pretend perfection. Show up ready to laugh and embrace silliness and walk away with a smile on your face and memories in your pocket.

Everlasting

You know how quickly childhood passes but doing “all the things” is
hard. Give yourself a break and let us do some of the heavy lifting so
you always have a recent photo of you and your favorite people.

At Little Bird Photography & Film, we make family photos a delightful experience. Two times throughout the year (spring & fall), we offer a one-of-a-kind, enjoyable photo mini-sessions. Our Oahu Mini Sessions are the perfect way to showcase your family’s beauty and happiness without all the hassle.

15-minute session for up to 5 individuals at a pre-selected location ($25/additional)

A gallery of 5-10 hand-edited images to select from

5 web-sized images for downloading and sharing digitally

Pricing does not include 4.71% GET

A curated print shop with quality products to purchase for gifting

Wall art

Surround yourself with happiness with custom wall art. Choose from beautiful framed prints or gallery wrapped canvases. Pricing starts at $250 plus tax.

The Process

Museum Quality

All images receive extra TLC in the digital darkroom to bring out their very best before being sent to the print workshop. Prints are carefully evaluated at every step of the process to make sure they meet the highest standards

Images are hand printed on gorgeous, fine art paper for superior color and depth and sprayed with a special coating to protect against UV light, dust and moisture. Archival paper means your print will be treasured for generations

Print Quality Matters

Fine art prints bring out the best of your favorite images. Gorgeous giclee printing combined with acid-free archival papers and inks guarantee your prints will be just as breathtaking when they’re passed on as heirlooms as they are today. Pricing starts at $39.

I’m ready to book a session! What next?

I highly recommend booking two back-to-back mini sessions to leave enough time for great portraits. This is a good option if you want a larger gallery too 

Don’t worry. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years and I have some tricks up my sleeve. I also have tips for you that I’ll send beforehand. If you’re still worried, you might consider booking a longer session. It sounds counterintuitive, but more time allows me to give the kids the space they need to feel comfortable. Your images will be full edited and your gallery link will be emailed 10-14 days after we meet. Each mini is a bit different but, typically, clients end up with a gallery of 5-10 images to choose from

Mini sessions are scheduled with a backup option the following weekend (same day and time) in case of rain. If that backup also gets rained out, we will look at other weekend options. It can’t rain forever, right?

I edit all the images in your gallery to bring out their best. I think life’s imperfections are beautiful so I do not perform extensive re-touching, but I can provide a custom quote if you need it
