Mermaid at heart | Family beach portraits

If you’re a big Disney lover but you also love tropical vacations, Disney’s Aulani Resort is a no-brainer. The Payne family makes regular trips to get their Disney fix, but this time they had a special reason to celebrate. They’re having another baby! Before the return to sleepless nights and diaper mishaps, they planned a peaceful baby-moon. They wanted some of their last memories as a family of four to include soaking in the sun and splashing in the calm blue waters at Koolina. I like their style!

The morning brought Koolina’s typical brand of weather. Sun rays and a light breeze filtered through the palms as the kids raced and played on the cool sand. We made a quick dive into the ocean at the end of the session so our stunning mermaid could sun herself on a rock. Meanwhile, her brother found delight in making waves and searching for sea creatures (schools of fish, crabs and sea turtle made an appearance). I can’t wait to see you guys again with your new addition!
